Shipping policy

Delivery information

Currently we only deliver in Belgium and the Netherlands for orders via the webshop. Delivery time is 2 - 5 working days after ordering.

Delivery in Belgium : 8 euro

Delivery in the Netherlands : 11 euro

* Rates Netherlands (mainland), for Wadden Islands there is an additional delivery charge.

With an order of 100 euros or more, delivery in the Netherlands & Belgium is free.

Packaging

All our shipments are sent in our sturdy luxury gift boxes, these are again provided with a cardboard overbox for the shipment.

Delivery

After your order you will receive from us a track & trace code with which you can follow up your order. Choosing a pick-up location can be done in the step after payment. Or you can save your preferences via your B-post account.

Damage

Always check all items immediately upon receipt.

Always send with the mail:

The barcode by which the package was sent.

Photos both of the damaged item and the photo of the box (packaging) the item was in when received.

Photo of the box with readable label.

If there is damage due to transportation we will reship the damaged items.
